Magnolia Lane is conveniently located just a five minute drive from the Sunshine Coast Airport and just over an hour from Brisbane Airport. The complex is situated right beside the ninth green of the Twin Waters Golf Course, yet only one kilometre from the beach and only a five minute drive to Maroochydore town centre and the Sunshine Shopping Plaza. The resort towns of Coolum Beach, Noosa Heads and Mooloolaba all offer beautiful beaches and abundance of shops and cafes and are just a short drive away.

Magnolia Lane is perfectly located for golfing and family holidays. Ask at Reception about discounted golf vouchers for their guests to play at Twin Waters and other Resorts and local courses including Hyatt Coolum and Noosa Springs. There is a choice of wonderful restaurants in the local vicinity. A Spar supermarket is adjacent to the complex. Apartments are fully self contained with all amenities for your comfort and enjoyment.

How To Get There:
From Sunshine Coast Airport turn right onto David Low Way. Continue for approximately two kilometres to the intersection with Ocean Drive, turn left. Continue along Ocean Drive through four roundabouts past the golf course entrance and shopping centre, Magnolia Lane entrance is just past the shops on the left.
From Brisbane take the Bruce Highway north, then exit onto the Sunshine Motorway. Follow the Motorway until it crosses the Maroochy River then take the Twin Waters Exit, turn right at the roundabout onto David Low Way, about 500 metres turn right into Ocean Drive. Continue along Ocean Drive through four roundabouts past the golf course entrance and shopping centre, Magnolia Lane entrance is just past the shops on the left.
