Cancellation Information:
All year round, a two night fee for no shows and cancellations inside seven days, except in the following periods:
For shoulder seasons, cancellations within these dates incur no refund. A full five night fee is due for cancellations inside 14 days of booked dates.
For high seasons, cancellations within these days will also incur no refund. A full seven night fee due for cancellations inside 28 days of booked dates.

Restrictions:
La Grande is a smoke free complex. Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the apartment complex.

Schoolies Festival Policy La Grande does not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies Festival. In particular they do not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of their guests during this period. For this reason they reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers during the November to December period of the Schoolies Festival. If you still choose to book your accommodation through them, and it turns out that you are school and/or university leavers, your booking will be cancelled and no refund will be given.

How To Get There:
To drive from the Brisbane airport terminals down the Pacific Motorway to Broadbeach takes approximately one hour and 15 minutes. It takes approximately 30 minutes to drive from the airport at Coolangatta. La Grande can assist with recommendations for the most suitable airport transfer choices for your family or group.
