From Cairns, Kurrimine Beach is one and a half hours south on the Bruce Highway.
From Townsville, Kurrimine Beach is three hours north on the Bruce Highway.
Turn right at Silkwood, travel ten kilometres to Jacobs Road. Turn right, drive one and a half kilometres into the park.
Trains stop at Tully (half an hour to the south of Kurrimine Beach), and Innisfail (half an hour to the north of Kurrimine Beach).
There is a connecting bus from Cairns Airport to Silkwood.
