Koola Beach Apartments offer affordable luxury at Bargara Beach. The complex comprises 18 modern, artistically decorated, self-contained and air-conditioned holiday apartments offering one or two bedroom accommodation for one to four guests. Or there are three Bargara Dream three bedroom/two bathroom Townhouses for up to six guests, all with full kitchen facilities and external balconies to catch the cooling ocean breezes.

Just a short 400 metre stroll through the surrounding parkland to the patrolled surf beach at Neilson's Park, with its beachside picnic areas and children's playground. Walk 700 metres along the delightful oceanfront walkway to the relaxed Bargara Village restaurants, cafes, hotel and shops. Visit the Mon Repos Turtle Rookery (November to March) or Bundaberg Rum Distillery, Bundaberg Brewed Drinks, Hinkler Hall of Aviation or take a day trip to Lady Musgrave Island or Lady Elliott Island. golf, bowls, fishing and snorkelling are all within easy reach.

Whether it's the smell of the salt air, the sounds of the early morning birds in the park, the sun setting over The Hummock or the moon over the sea, the simple things in life are often the best!

How To Get There:
Travel to Bundaberg by car, Qantaslink or Tilt Train. Bundaberg Central Business District to Bargara is a 15 minute trip by car, through picturesque sugarcane fields.
To find Koola Beach Apartments, Bargara If arriving from the Bruce Highway (A1) along the Isis Highway, watch for a turnoff signposted to Bargara on the right (a new link road) as you enter the outskirts of Bundaberg. Follow the link road all the way until it ends at a signposted T-intersection with traffic lights - turn right and proceed along FE Walker Street / Bundaberg Port Road until reaching a signposted large roundabout. Turn right into Bundaberg Bargara Road which takes you into Bargara.
If arriving via other roads into Bundaberg central business district, from either Bourbong Street (main shopping area) or Quay Street by-pass off Bourbong Street (signposted) proceed over Kennedy Bridge and follow Bundaberg Bargara Road to Bargara (approximately 12 kilometres, well signposted)
On entering Bargara township 60 kilometre zone proceed past Woolworths/IGA shopping centre and look for Liberty Service Station on the left - turn next left into Holland Street, then fourth left into McDade Street and left into Johnson Street.
Alternatively, directions are available by entering Koola Beach Apartments as a Google search term and clicking on Maps at the top left of screen - this will provide details of our location in Bargara and some other useful information, including a "get directions" click option for driving directions from whatever starting location you nominate.
If using a GPS device, you may find that Johnson Street is incorrectly spelled with a "t" or may not be listed at all - use "McDade" Street as an alternative.
