Kipara Tropical Rainforest Retreat is located on an immense property and surrounded by lush tropical rainforest. They offer a wide range of facilities that caters superbly to both the overnight traveller and the short term resident.

Kipara is two kilometres away from Airlie Beach, conveniently located less than one kilometre from the Whitsunday PCYC and Sports Park, 500 metres from the local bowls club, 300 metres from grocery and liquor stores and only steps away from public transport.

The park comprises more than 75 private rooms, dispersed in separate accommodation buildings. They also have 13 Self Contained Cabins/Villas, some with private verandas, located close to the pool and barbecue areas.

Located on site for guests convenience are two fully equipped camp kitchens, a cosy pool and sundeck, a large function room that groups of all numbers can utilise, guest laundry facilities, internet cafe, wireless internet access and free Tour Bookings available to plan and organise any and all excursions to the magnificent Whitsunday Islands!

Perfect for the backpacker, businessman, workers, basically anyone wanting to stay just out of the Airlie strip in a location amongst greenery, nature and tranquillity. Suitable for short or long term guests.

How To Get There:
If driving along the Bruce Highway take the well indicated turn off to Airlie Beach onto Shute Harbour Road. Head straight through the heart of Airlie and continue for about two kilometres in the direction of Shute Harbour. On your right you will see an IGA shopping centre and they are located about 250 metres from there on the right hand side.
If flying or coming on a ferry they can organise a shuttle service for you.
Public buses have a bus stop just 100 metres from their front door.
