An independent boutique hotel just on the edge of the Central Business District, the Wellington is family owned and operated by people who pride themselves on making all guests feel comfortable at the hotel and in empowering guests to get around Brisbane "like a local". You'll find they love helping you with useful advice and that they genuinely care for their guests. They enjoy a very high ratio of return guests and word-of-mouth recommendations, plus lovely compliments in their guest surveys which confirms they carry out a valuable service to tourists, travellers and migrants.
How To Get There
From the airport - head to the city. Turn left over Story Bridge staying in centre lane. Drive down Main Street until the Pineapple Hotel. Turn left, drive to end, turn left. This is Wellington Road. The hotel is past the park on the left.
From west, drive along Ipswich Road, past The Gabba, turn right at the Pineapple Hotel and follow directions above.
From Gold Coast, take Stanley Street/Vulture Street exit off freeway and follow signs to Vulture Street. Drive past Gabba on Vulture Street. Turn left into Wellington Road at lights. Hotel is 500 metres on the left.
