Disabled:
The Reef Palms offers disabled facilities. The disabled room is self contained with one queen bed and one single bed. The bathroom has hand rails around the shower and by the toilet and is fully wheel chair accessible. All light and fan switches are appropriately located to allow easy access. There is a specifically marked disabled car space which allows access to the room and reception via the side entrance.

Cancellation Information:
Cancellation notice must be received 72 hours prior to guest arrival. Failing this, a fee equal to the first nights accommodation will be charged. Full payment is required after checkin.

How To Get There:
Reef Palms is located only four kilometres from the airport and less than two kilometres north of the city centre. Taxi costs approximately AUD16.00 one way. Alternatively there are numerous independent transfer companies available for booking at the airport.
Self drive guests will find the Reef Palms at the northern end of the Esplanade. Coming from the south travel north along Sheridan Street taking the first turn right after passing the Captain Cook statue (McKenzie Street). From the north turn left at the Bendigo Bank into McKenzie Street and the Reef Palms is on the left.

The Deluxe Spa Room is a modern, spacious, self contained apartment with queen bed, separate living area and private balcony. Each room offers a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, cooktop, crockery, cutlery and cookware. There is a large two person corner spa bath with shower.

For your entertainment there is Austar and wireless Broadband available. All rooms are air conditioned with ceiling fans. Reef Palms offers a free Airport drop off service for guests with departing flights at 8am, 9am and 10am.

Cairns Apartments - Quad Studio

Quad Studios offer families an affordable fully equipped air-conditioned studio with the rate including up to four guests. Bedding configuration is 1 x Queen plus 2 x single beds. Reef Palms also has a small number of Studios with 2 x Queen Beds plus 1 Single Bed to sleep 5 instead of 4 guests. The rate includes up to a maximum of 4 guests. AUD20 additional cost for a fifth person.

Reef Palms offers a free Airport drop off service for guests with departing flights at 8am, 9am and 10am.

The rate includes Continental Buffet Breakfast. A Cook Breakfast option is also available for an extra AUD7.50 per person per day.
