Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received 30 days or more before arrival will incur an administration fee of AUD50. The balance of any deposit paid is refundable.
Cancellations less than 30 days but more than 21 days High Season/14 days Low Season before arrival will incur an administration fee of AUD100.
Cancellations received 14 days or less prior to schedule arrival date, including "no shows", incur two nights' accommodation fee based on all year round nightly rate.
Cancellations received 21 days or less (High Season) prior to schedule arrival date, including "no shows", incur two nights' accommodation cancellation fee based on all year round nightly rate.
Early departures incur full accommodation cost equal to the original nights booked.
Cancellations must be received in writing, fax or email.
They strongly recommend travel insurance should any stay need to be altered or cancelled before, during or following arrival for any reason or circumstances including natural events.
How To Get There
Drive into Port Douglas via Davidson Street to a T-Junction right at end - Macrossan Street. Turn right, then the first right into Garrick Street and reception is on the left. Return courtesy coach transfers are available from Cairns city or airport with some tariffs. These can be upgraded to a limousine transfer for an additional cost.
