Cancellation Information:
A 72 hour cancellation policy is active at Palm Valley Motel and Holiday Units. A customer's deposit, less a AUD50.00 booking fee is fully refundable up to 72 hours prior to your arrival date. The tariff for bookings cancelled after that time is only refundable if a substitute booking is available for the property on the same dates.

Palm Valley has 23 fully self-contained units with family rooms, sleeping up to six, with fully equipped kitchens and washing machines. All are non-smoking, have tea and coffee making facilities, microwave, fridge, shower, hair dryer, double and queen size beds, sofa bed, phone, broadband internet access available, direct dial phones, Austar television, air conditioning, fan, iron/ironing board. Continental breakfast, under-cover parking, plenty of parking space for boats or trailers, large salt water pool and barbecue facilities are available.

How To Get There:
From Bruce Highway, take the Tannum Sands turn off onto Tannum Road. Follow this road up to a round-about, at round-about take Pacific Drive exit, then left onto Beach Avenue. You will see the Palm Valley Motel and Holiday Units at the bottom of the hill.
