One Bedroom Executive Apartments - Maximum 3 guests. With one queen bed and room for one additional single bed. There is only one bathroom in these apartments. An additional cost applies for the single bed.
Two Bedroom Apartments - Maximum 5. These rooms have one Queen bed in the master bedroom (with ensuite bathroom) and two single beds (which zip to a King bed) in the second bedroom. There is a second bathroom. One additional rollaway bed is allowed in the living room. A fee applies per night for the rollaway bed.

Cancellation Information:
Their cancellation policy is 72 hours (three days). If you need to cancel your reservation please email them 72 hours prior there is no penalty.
If you cancel between 72 hours (three days) and the day of arrival, a one night cancellation fee applies. This will be charged at the time of your cancellation.
All cancellations must be advised in writing via email.

There are no disabled or special needs apartments available.

Further Details:
Midtown Brisbane Apartments opened on the 1 December, 2012. The restaurant has not been completed with work due to commence during the summer. They expect the restaurant to be opened by March 2013.
They have set up breakfast charge back for hotel guests for Spoon Deli just down the road in the meantime.
They also offer a grocery shopping service so you can pre-order basic pantry needs for your arrival (ask when you make your reservation).

How To Get There:
The Brisbane International and Domestic Airports are located about 20 kilometres from the Brisbane Central Business District, approximately AUD55.00 by Taxi or AUD16.00 per person by Air-train.
Driving and coming from south - Take the Elizabeth Street exit, after 3 blocks turn right into Edward Street, turn right again into Charlotte Street and they are on the left hand side just past the Energex building.
Driving and coming from north - Staying on Ann Street; turn left into Edward Street, after four blocks turn right into Charlotte Street and they are on the left hand side just past the Energex building.

Opening Hours:
Reception hours during the summer are
7am - 6pm Monday to Friday 7am to 12noon Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
After hours check in and access is available. Arrivals before or after reception hours should be advised when making your reservation.
In the new year (from February 2013) reception hours will be extended from 7am to 10pm daily. They will update information.

Access Information:
They are located right in the centre of Brisbane and you can find public transport within a short walk from the hotel. There is a ferry terminal on Eagle Street (five minute walk). You can also find the free city loop bus (hop on hop off, red bus) on Eagle Street. There are also bus stops on Queen Street and Adelaide Street for most suburban destinations. Lastly, Central Train Station is just a few blocks away providing easy access to Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane Entertainment Centre, Brisbane Convention Centre, the Brisbane Airport and much more.
