If more than 24 hours notice, all or part of the rooms reserved may be cancelled without any charges being incurred. If notice is less than 24 hours, a fee equal to the first night's accommodation at our daily contracted room rate for each room booked will be incurred. All cancellations are required in writing and if not received, charges will be automatically processed.

How To Get There:
Guests driving from the south on the Bruce Highway, when they arrive in Cairns instead of turning left into the Cook Highway in the city, they should continue driving to the Esplanade on Florence Street. Guests driving from the north on the Cook Highway, when they approach the city should turn left into Florence Street. The Holiday Inn Cairns is located on the corner of Florence Street, Abbott Street and the Esplanade.
