Hamilton Island welcomes children. Kids up to 12 years stay free when sharing a room with parents and using existing bedding. They also eat free when dining with parents prior to 7.30 p.m. and eating from the kids menu in selected restaurants.
Cancellation Policy
Festive Season Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all bookings incorporating any dates within the 25 December 2011 and 9 January 2012. A four night minimum stay applies to all bookings incorporating 31 December 2011.
Cancellations received up to and including 31 October 2011 will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20 per cent of the total booking value at the contracted rate. Cancellations received from 1 November 2011, no shows and/or early departures will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100 per cent of the total booking value at the contracted rate.

There are over 40 activities to enjoy including snorkelling at the reef, sea kayaking, leisurely day sails, mini golf or simply lazing by one of seven pools or on Catseye Beach.

How To Get There
Hamilton Island is easily accessible by direct flights from Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Cairns with daily connections from all most major airports. Fantasea Cruises operate six services a day from Shute Harbour. Complimentary transfers are provided from the Marina or Airport to the Palm Bungalows reception on arrival and departure.

Cancellation Policy (Excludes Festive Season Bookings)
Notice of any cancellation, amendment or reduction in the daily number of reserved rooms, must be provided in writing to Hamilton Island Holidays.
Cancellations received outside of 14 days prior to arrival will not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20 per cent of the total booking value at the contracted rate. Cancellations received within seven days of arrival, no shows and/or early departures will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100 per cent of the total booking value at the contracted rate. Penalty will equal the total booking value.
Palm Bungalows
With fresh décor and modern amenities, their Palm Bungalows offer a newly-refurbished, sleek and modern accommodation choice for couples and small families looking to relax in comfort.
Bright, airy and beautifully appointed with a king-sized bed plus a single divan, each Premium Palm Bungalow features air conditioning and a ceiling fan; a spacious, crisp white bathroom with new fittings, basin and walk-in shower; and, importantly, a smart, expanded kitchenette, complete with microwave, bar fridge, as well as tea and coffee-making facilities, for occasional in-room entertaining and meals.
Centrally located between Catseye Beach and Marina Village, each free-standing bungalow enjoys its own private balcony, complete with outdoor furniture setting, allowing guests to appreciate the relaxing views out onto the surrounding lush, landscaped tropical gardens.
