... moreThe modern restaurant and bar overlook a large free-form swimming pool. A casual Beach Bar adjoins a second pool and has nightly entertainment. Barbecues, tennis, joy flights, four wheel drive hire and conducted four wheel drive tours and bush walks are all on offer. A bakery supplies pizza, hot bread, casual snacks and coffee. A well-stocked store supplies groceries, meat, vegetables, souvenirs, resort wear, camping equipment, fishing gear, ice, fuel and gas.
There is accommodation to suit all budgets from self-contained apartments to backpacker beds. Access is easy with vehicle barges operating daily from River Heads, south of Hervey Bay, to Wanggoolba Creek. From the Sunshine Coast via Rainbow Beach, the barge is on demand between Inskip Point and Hook Point between 6.00 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. and barge bookings are not required.

General Comments
During specified school holidays a minimum stay of three nights, on other than group or package bookings applies.
Eurong Beach Resort is only accessible by four wheel drive Vehicles. All guests must have their own four wheel drive vehicles or arranged one via four wheel drive hire companies.
How To Get There
Four wheel drive coach from Hervey Bay, Sunshine Coast, Rainbow Beach. Transfers on daily coaches as above at cost. On Fraser Venture ferry ex River Heads, Hervey Bay then 30 minute drive across island four wheel drive. On Rainbow Venture ferry ex Inskip Point, Rainbow Beach then 32 kilometre along surf beach or inland road depending on tide four wheel drive.
