Cancellation Information:
Cancellation Policy: No cancellation charge applies prior to 6.00 p.m. (local time) up to 14 days prior to arrival, beyond that time; the first night will be charged. Any cancellations received up to seven days prior to arrival, beyond that time, a 100 per cent fee will be charged.

Further Details:
Surcharge will apply over the festive season. Strict deposit and payment policies will also apply over this period. All room rates will include use of non motorised watercraft, use of fitness equipment, tennis, squash and putting green.

Check-in: Rooms cannot be guaranteed for occupancy prior to 2.00 p.m., unless pre-registered from the night before.
Check-out: Rooms are required to be vacated by 12.00 p.m., late check-out fees may apply to check-out after 12.00 p.m.

Upon your arrival at Hamilton Island, please proceed to the Hayman desk (located on the right hand side as you exit the airport terminal). A Hayman representative will collect your luggage and escort you to the launch transfer.

Tariff Information:
All prices listed are for payments by cash. An additional one per cent credit card service fee will be applied to the dollar amount paid by credit card. Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of a 10 per cent Goods and Services Tax.
Child four years and under on a rollaway or cot sharing the room with adults is an additional AUD21.00. Child 13 years and over on a rollaway sharing the room with adults is an additional AUD125.00. Rollaway beds available for all room types except Beach rooms. A second adjoining room occupied by children up to 12 years will be charged at 25 per cent of the rack rate (excluding 19 December, 2011 to 9 January, 2012 inclusive), where the parent's room is charged at the full published tariff. Valid for Pool Room, Pool Access, Pool Deluxe, Lagoon Room and Lagoon Deluxe room types.
All meals for children aged from five to 12 years will be charged at 50 per cent of published menu rates excluding beverages. A minimum deposit of one night's accommodation is required in advance of arrival. If a deposit, authority to charge credit card, or accommodation guarantee is not received within 14 days of reservation, Hayman reserves the right to cancel the booking.
Special event conditions apply over Festive Period 19 December 2011, to 9 January, 2012. There is a two night minimum length of stay, one night deposit required at time of booking, one night cancellation fee applies from 1 November, 2011, 100 per cent deposit required by 1 December, 2011, and 100 per cent cancellation fee applies from 1 December, 2011.
Guarantee policy: All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card valid at the date of the start of your stay, unless otherwise specified.
