Cancellation Information:
Notice of any cancellation, amendment or reduction in the daily number of reserved rooms must be provided in writing to the resort.
Cancellations outside of 14 days prior to arrival will not incur a cancellation fee.
Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20 per cent of the total booking value at the contracted rate.
Cancellations received within seven days of arrival, no shows or early departures will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10 per cent of the total booking value at the contracted rate i.e. penalty will equal the total booking value.
Festive season - policy applies to all booking incorporating any dates within the period 25 December 2011 to 9 January 2012. Cancellations received up to and including 31 October 2011 will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20 per cent of the total booking value at the contracted rates.
Cancellations received from 1 November 2011, no shows or early departures will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100 per cent of the total booking.
