Grosvenor in Cairns has a fully operational full Tour desk with information on all day tours available in Cairns and their experienced local staff can give you free advice on what the various tours offer and can also make any bookings you require at 'no cost to you'. They have put together a number of tours packages comprising the tours which, from experience, are the types of tours most guests wish to undertake, however the needs of every guest differs and if you provide them with more detail regarding the types of tours you would like to do they will put together an individual tour package that meets just your needs. There are tours that involve white water rafting, hot air ballooning, horse riding, bungijumping, four wheel drive coach tours to the Daintree Rainforest and Cape Tribulation area, Reef tours that include an introductory scuba dive, helicopter or light plane scenic flights or the slower paced tours through the tablelands taking in various waterfalls and rainforest attractions.

Access Information:
Underground parking (up to 2.1 metres height) for their guests who have a motor vehicle and they have security access to the building after 7.00 p.m. Parking is also available on site for vehicles with a height greater than 2.1 metres.

Cancellation Information:
Your booking payments; less an administration fee of AUD50.00 is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled eight days or more prior to your scheduled date of arrival. One of the facilities of the complex which you will love is the Solar Heated Pool with its own water feature and spa. At the present time the pool water temperature is between 26 and 30 degrees. Hire cars can be arranged for you from as little as AUD.45.00 per day for a hire period of seven or more days, or AUD49.00 per day for a hire period of between four and six days. A budget two door vehicle would cost from AUD45.00 per day or an economy four door vehicle would cost from AUD55.00 per day, or a medium sized vehicle would cost from AUD65.00 per day (all based on a hire period of seven or more days).
