All apartments are spacious, modern, comfortable and air conditioned. Cable television, parking for one vehicle and linen are provided free of charge. Modern facilities include a heated lagoon style swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna and spa with a congenial barbecue area. Cancellation Information:
Low and Mid Seasons: For cancellations made 14 days or more prior to check-in you will receive a full refund less AUD50 administration fee.
For cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in you will incur a AUD300 cancellation/administration fee unless the entire period of time is re-let by the property in which case the administration fee of AUD50 will apply.
There will be no refund if you cancel on your day of arrival or are a no show. Up to a maximum of three nights may be charged.
High Season: For cancellations made 31 days or more prior to check-in you will receive a full refund less AUD50 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made 31 days or less prior to check-in you will incur a cancellation fee of the full accommodation unless the entire period of that booking is re-let, then a AUD50 cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit.
For a no show or cancellation on day of arrival you will incur a cancellation fee of the full accommodation.

Other Facilities:
State of the art facilities include a large heated lagoon style pool, barbecue area, sauna and gym. Apartments offer free cable television, air conditioning and heating, plus ensuite. Cots and rollaway beds are available on request. There is also a Wireless Internet Hotspot and access is available for a fee.

How To Get There:
Travelling south from Brisbane: Follow the Pacific Highway to the Currumbin/Tugun exit, turn right onto the Gold Coast Highway. Veer left to Coolangatta after the Gold Coast Airport and drive along the beach through Kirra and around the Kirra Hill. At the first set of lights at Coolangatta (beach and park on left), move into right hand lane and drive through the lights to the roundabout and do a U-turn - Grand Mercure Apartments Coolangatta's driveway is on the left hand side approximately ten metres from roundabout.
Travelling north: Turn off the Pacific Highway to Tweed Heads - drive through Tweed Heads (approximately four kilometres) and from Wharf Road turn left into Griffith Street at the roundabout in front of Twin Towns RSL Club. Drive to the end of Griffith Street and turn right at the roundabout, Grand Mercure Apartments Coolangatta is on the left hand side about ten metres from roundabout.

Tariff Information:
If after arrival, clients are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation and decide to terminate their stay, the amount to be refunded, if any, is at the discretion of the property management.
A credit card surcharge will apply for all payments made with a credit card - Visa/Mastercards 1.5 per cent and Amex 3.5 per cent surcharge. Bank details available for charge free transfer of the deposit.
Deposit of AUD500.00 required and balance payable on arrival.
Extra guests are charged at AUD35.00 per night. Cots, beds, high chairs can be hired, a fee applies.
