Tamalba home of The Quilter's Rest is an 850 acre cattle property, situated nine kilometres from Kingaroy. It provides a relaxing environment to spend with

a group of friends or to meet new ones while spending precious hours at your favourite craft - a real quilter's and crafter's retreat.

Book your group in for a two night minimum stay and finish all those Unfinished Projects or just come to enjoy the scenery, extensive gardens and bushwalk

along the river. The Quilters Outpost is stocked with all the latest fabrics and notions making shopping a convenience. Being Pfaff and HandiQuilter Dealers

allows them to provide backup service to all quilters.

How To Get There:
From Youngman Street in Kingaroy, turn west into Haly Street, through the roundabout and turn right at the first street past the roundabout - West Street. Continue along West Street - the road veers left into Weens Road. Drive straight along Weens Road approximately five and a half kilometres, off the bitumen onto dirt across the Stuart River and 'Tamalba' is on the right just after you cross the river.

The Quilter's Rest operates as a quilting and crafting retreat, catering for women with a common interest.
