How To Get There
From Brisbane to Boonah via Ipswich. Take the Boonah-Rathdowney Road, left at the roundabout in Boonah. Follow road for approximately 7.3 kilometres and Destiny Boonah is located on the left hand side of the road with a red painted fence and wide entrance.
From the Gold Coast, head to Beaudesert via Nerang and Canungra, and then follow signs to Boonah, left at the roundabout in Boonah. Follow the Boonah-Rathdowney Road for 7.3 kilometres and Destiny Boonah is located on the left hand side of the road with a red painted fence and wide entrance.
Service Facilities
The Donkey Farm is active in Donkey Welfare, Rescue and Care and also a member of the Donkey Society of Queensland.
Groups from 15-55 people, any age, can 'Visit the Donkeys' as a special day tour destination which includes a one hour educational journey packed with stories and fun while enjoying a cuppa.
Destiny Boonah is endeavouring to be as environmentally friendly and sustainable as possible. Save money with their eco tariff and bring your own linen, they provide the bedding. Linen can be hired on request for an extra fee per stay.
Destiny Boonah is also a member of Eco Tourism and Wildlife Tourism Australia. Their 200 acre property accommodates only donkeys and one camel to preserve the land and the local wildlife.

Linen can be hired. The queen bed linen rate is AUD35.00 per stay, and the single bed rate is AUD25.00 per stay. Rate includes towels.
Red Cottage
The Red Cottage is a double storey holiday house with three very spacious studio style bedrooms with timber ceilings and walk-in robes.
This cottage has total privacy, with a fully fenced backyard. The main bedroom has one queen sized and one single bed with ensuite, located on lower level. The second bedroom has one queen sized bed and the third bedroom has two king sized single beds, located upstairs with views to the mountain range.
There is a bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet. The big living room with two lounges, television and DVD has also a music area with a piano. The kitchen has a gas stove, fridge, microwave, gas oven and fresh double filtered rainwater. The huge dining table can seat 10 people.

Green Cottage
The Green Cottage has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Big lounge room with television, DVD and music system. It offers a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. From the big veranda you have the best views to the Great Dividing Range and the most stunning sunsets.
The Cottage provides full privacy, own fully fenced backyard, carport, double filtered fresh rainwater, solar power, gas heating, gas stove and gas hot water. The Green Cottage is very cozy and comfortable all year around.
