Family Beach House has everything you need! There are lots of pillows with fresh pillow protectors, quilts and doonas (comforters). Bring your own linen or linen can be provided for a nominal additional charge. All beds are modern and firm comfortable with clean mattress protectors. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all you need for cooking, baking and serving. Relax with a coffee prepared using the cappuccino machine.

There is a big gas barbecue with gas provided. There are crab pots ready to use.
Record movies with Foxtel on a big plasma television with surround sound stereo for movie nights. Bring the popcorn for the popcorn maker.
There is a huge library of books for all ages to choose from, find a comfy sunny spot and relax with a good book, and there are lots of board and card games. Have some family fun.
Enjoy a good drop of wine. They buy fine wine and have your bottle ready as a welcoming gift.

Barge and ferry services to Coochiemudlo Island departs regularly from the Victoria Point Jetty.
