When designing the hotel, the owners of Explorers Inns went back to the basics and asked what many of today's travellers to Brisbane expect from accommodation but were unable to find. The answer was more affordable accommodation within 150 metres of the Brisbane Transit Centre, shopping, business, government and entertainment (casino) as well as accommodation that was comfortable, stylish, relaxed and secure as their home.

Seven or more days notice will receive a full refund less administration charges of 10 percent of total monies paid (minimum of AUD10.00). Two to seven days notice will receive 50 percent of their paid deposit refunded. Less than two days notice will forfeit 100 percent of their deposit paid.
