A deposit of 50 per cent of tariff payable within seven days of booking. Full payment required 14 days before check-in during Peak Seasons and School Holidays.

Access is via the Bruce Highway and the Noosa Eumundi Road or via the Sunshine Motorway. Turn into Eumarella Road (off Sunshine Motorway). Follow towards the lake front and turn into the second driveway on left before lakefront.

The individually themed two bedroom lakefront cottages and contemporary lakehouses feature works by local artists complemented by soft furnishings using limited edition designer fabrics, with modern furniture, and romantic wood fires. Enjoy your lakeside terrace or timber deck (please request) and verandah with fantastic lake views. The lakehouses also feature king single spa baths and can sleep up to seven persons using the sofa bed and trundle bed. Enjoying beautiful lake views is the private two bedroom garden lakehouse nestled amongst bush garden featuring two bathrooms both with a spa (king single and double spa), the perfect choice for two couples. Luxury Lake Pavillion

Watch the moon rise above the lake at ""Gooloowaa"" (meaning moonlight). The three bedroom Lake Pavilion features double spa's in two bedrooms, two bathrooms plus two powder rooms. The luxury lake pavilions' decor is contemporary indigenous theme to compliment the amazing adobe walls handmade from the

ground on which it stands. The rooms also contains a superb kitchen featuring granite benches and European appliances including dishwasher. Floor to ceiling glass opens onto the lakefront deck with stairs leading down to a raised boardwalk and a timber deck hovering over the water. Complimentary two person canoe. Air conditioned.
