Cancellation Information:
All cancellations must be received in writing and incur a minimum administration fee of AUD50.00. Cancellations between 27 and eight days prior to occupancy incur a two night cancellation fee. No refund is available if cancelled seven days or less prior to occupancy, on the day of occupancy or after arrival.

Restrictions:
A minimum stay of two nights applies. Concession rates must be supported by appropriate documentation.

How To Get There:
Entering from the Cook Highway, turn right into Port Douglas Road, then take the second roundabout to the right. Barrier Street becomes Reef Street. After approximately 250 metres, stop at 26 Reef Street.

Tariff Information:
Extra persons are AUD25.00 per night.
Apartments serviced weekly and extra services are available for an additional AUD35.00 each.
Child rates are charged at AUD75.00 for three nights, AUD140.00 for seven nights, and AUD150.00 for ten nights in all room types.
