Description

Diamond Cove is a secure, family oriented resort set amongst tropical landscaped gardens in the heart of Mermaid Beach on the Gold Coast. This resort boasts a 30 metre lagoon style pool, which is heated all year round for your comfort and enjoyment. The pool also has a beach entry, which is great for kids. Guests have a choice of one, two or three bedroom, fully self-contained units, which include air conditioning. The reception area incorporates a small kiosk and a comprehensive tour desk and booking service.

They are only a 12 minute walk to shopping centre attractions, the Casino and Convention Centre and only a five minute walk to patrolled beaches. There is a bus stop located at the top of our street and a babysitting service can be provided.

Late check in can be arranged if arriving outside office hours. Please call reception the day before arrival to arrange details.

Cancellation Information:
Low Season: A fee of one night's accommodation (at the agreed contract rate) will be imposed for cancellations within 72 hours of arrival date. A fee of three night's cancellation for guests who no-show. Once the stay has commenced and guests depart early, no refund is issued. Exceptional circumstances to be negotiated with management.
Shoulder and Peak Seasons: A fee of three night's accommodation (at the agreed rate) will be imposed for cancellations within 72 hours prior to arrival. If guests no show, a five night cancellation fee will be imposed. Once the stay has commenced and guests depart early, no refund is issued. Exceptional circumstances to be negotiated with management.

How To Get There:
Diamond Cove Resort is located in the heart of Mermaid Beach, just off the Gold Coast Highway at 16 Crescent Avenue. Turn left at the lights into Crescent Avenue if travelling north on the Gold Coast Highway and we are located halfway down the street on the left hand side. Look out for landmarks such as Sizzler, KFC and the Mermaid Beach Tavern at the set of traffic lights.

Tariff Information:
If checking in on December 25 (Christmas Day) or Good Friday (Easter), prior arrangements need to be made with reception. Please contact the office the day before arrival to arrange for check in procedure, on (07) 5572 2277 as the office will be closed on these days.
All units contain air-conditioning. Cot hire is available with an additional charge of AUD14.00 per night with linen, payable on arrival. Foldaway beds, high chair hire, DVD/video players and extra linen are available at an additional cost.
Extra person accommodated on roll-away bed in each room type.
Extra person rate per night AUD33.00 in each room type with a folding bed supplied.
