Crystal Waters Picnic Point is a unique development of 18 elegant riverside apartments of unequalled quality in one of the most desired locations in Maroochydore. All apartments have spacious balconies that overlook the beautiful Maroochy River.

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with boat ramp facilities, it can accommodate a variety of needs whether it's for relaxing, fishing, boating, sailing, shopping, surfing or golfing. It's only a short drive to cosmopolitan Noosa and one hour drive from Brisbane Airport, or ten minutes from Maroochydore Airport.

A leisurely stroll of less than 10 minutes will find you at Sunshine Plaza, the largest shopping centre on the Sunshine Coast. A five minute walk will take you to several convenience stores. Within a few kilometres are the main Maroochydore Surf Beach, public swimming pool including an Olympic pool, two smaller pools and a heated hydrotherapy pool. There are also several clubs and numerous restaurants within a short radius.

A range of tours can be booked through the office including visits to Fraser Island, whale watching, river cruises, rainforest tours, reef cruises, reef or ocean fishing, major tourist attractions and almost anything else you could wish for to make your Sunshine Coast holiday memorable.

Bookings cancelled 28 days or over prior to occupancy will attract an AUD30.00 booking and administration fee. For bookings that are cancelled less than 28 days prior to occupancy and where the apartment cannot be let for the same period, there will be no refund.

Further Details:
During stays of more than a week, the apartments are serviced weekly which includes a linen change. All units are equipped with a videophone linked to the front door and underground security parking is provided for one vehicle per unit and operates with a remote control hand held device. The grounds contain a beautifully landscaped inground pool and spa, large barbecue and entertainment area. There are several small beaches along the river's edge which are protected swimming spots for children and there are facilities to hire fishing boats, kayaks, surf skis and jet skis within a short walking distance.
Crystal Waters consists of luxuriously appointed one, two and three bedroom, two bathroom apartments that are fully self contained. Perfectly situated on the Maroochy River, Crystal Waters Apartments offer you a taste of the relaxed Sunshine Coast lifestyle.

How To Get There:
Picnic Point Esplanade runs off Duporth Avenue along the Maroochy River. From the Sunshine Coast Motorway, take the Bradman Avenue exit and head east towards the beach. After crossing the bridge over the first of the canals, take the next left and you will be at the river on Picnic Point Esplanade. Look for the gold and purple building.
