Discover the luxury of your own unique self contained cottage, hidden in a tranquil rainforest setting - ideally positioned to experience the beautiful Tablelands and just one hour from Cairns. Crater Lakes Rainforest Cottages is a romantic getaway and a nature lover's paradise.

The property is situated on the border of the World Heritage listed Lake Eacham National Park. Walk around the lake or take a swim in her safe, pristine waters. They are less than 10 minutes from the historical town of Yungaburra, which has award winning restaurants and a small supermarket.

Their cottages are individually and tastefully decorated with all the comforts of home. Plus lots of little extras to spoil you; wood fire heater (it is cooler here than on the coast), air-conditioning, spa bath, king bed, candles, flowers and complimentary port and chocolates. A huge country breakfast hamper for your first morning is provided.

From your private balcony you will encounter cute wallabies, Victoria's Rifle Bird, Cat Birds and much more wildlife. Of the 760 bird species in Australia, more than 300 can be found on the Tablelands and many endemic species are seen from the cottages. Let the wildlife come to you.

Cancellation Information:
A deposit of one night's accommodation is required within seven days to confirm booking. The deposit will be refunded for cancellations up to two weeks before the booked date, less a AUD30.00 cancellation fee. Refunds after this time are subject to cabin reletting.

How To Get There:
For self-drive, take the Gillies Highway to Malanda Road, then Lakes Drive to Lake Eacham. Eacham Close is just past Lake Eacham. Follow signs to the property.
