Cancellation Information:
Guests should vacate the room by 10.00 a.m. on day of departure, or an extra charge will apply as determined by management. Entry to Country Gardens Motor Inn is conditional upon a signed registration card - see terms and conditions on their web site and at reception. A minimum of 24 hours notice before date of arrival is required by this property for all cancellations (except during peak periods). Cancellations made within 24 hours of date of arrival will be charged at one night's accommodation per room. During peak periods, a minimum of 72 hours notice from date of arrival is required by this property for all cancellations. Peak times include, but not restricted to Easter, Farmfest, AgShow, Carnival of Flowers. If cancelling a booking by email, do not consider a booking cancelled until it has been confirmed by return email. This also applies to non-arrivals.

How To Get There:
The property is located on the corner of James Street (Warrego Highway) and Macarther Street. Coming from Brisbane, stay on the Warrego Highway until you pass the Visitor Information Centre on the left. Go through the set of traffic lights and their property will be 200 metres on the left.

Tariff Information:
Arrival time is generally from 12 noon on the date of arrival. All booked accommodation must be paid for in full at check-in or as agreed by the management. A current credit card is generally required at time of booking unless otherwise arranged (cash payments or EFTPOS will require a bond to be paid to cover incidentals) Major credit cards are accepted, but a surcharge applies to both AMEX and Diners. Cash and EFTPOS payments are required at time of check-in - no exceptions. People choosing to pay by cash will be required to have checked in by 3.00 p.m. on their date of arrival unless prior arrangements have been made, or their booking cannot be guaranteed.
Long stay rates available on application and subject to availability. One or two adults/children sharing a queen bed will be charged as one adult, or two adults/children using two beds charged as twin share etc. Minimum three night stay applies to peak periods, please call to confirm dates.
Child rates - low season AUD15.00 per child per night, peak season AUD20.00 per child per night.
