The Capricorn Coast is situated on picturesque Keppel Bay close to Rosslyn Bay Boat Harbour, with Great Keppel Island only 30 minutes away. Coolwaters has the spectacular Kinka Beach at the front, natural bush walks at the back all set on the banks of the Causeway Lake.

How To Get There:
The property is situated 40 kilometres from Rockhampton, on the Scenic Highway, five kilometres north of Emu Park, 10 kilometres south of Yeppoon on the right immediately past the Causeway Lake.
When travelling north from Emu Park, follow the signs to Rosslyn Bay and look for the large sign on the left before reaching the Causeway Lake.
