Cairns railway station is just behind the shops. The esplanade with sparkling lagoon and entertainment, Pier, casino and Night Markets are only another 10 minutes walk. Along the way you'll find numerous cafes, shops, bars, hotels and restaurants. They are only 12 minutes drive to Cairns airport.

How To Get There:
From Townsville. Drive north along the Bruce Highway following the signs to Cairns. The Bruce Highway becomes Florence Street so keep to this. Cross the Kuranda railway line and turn left into McLeod Street which is the first set of lights after the railway line. City Terraces is on your left 100 metres from the Florence Street McLeod Street Corner.
From the airport (or Port Douglas). Drive south along the Captain Cook Highway. The Captain Cook Highway becomes Sheridan Street so keep to this. You will come to Florence Street with a sign showing Townsville. Turn left into Florence Street and then turn right at the first set of lights which is McLeod Street.
