Access Information:
Comfort Resort Blue Pacific is located on the Northern Beaches of Mackay. If travelling by car on the Bruce Highway north or south please take the Northern Beaches exit onto Mackay-Bucasia road and follow the signs to Blacks Beach. The Resort is located left off Blacks Beach Road, past the Tavern, at 26 Bourke Street, Blacks Beach.
If arriving by plane please get from the airport onto Nebo Road and drive north and take the exit as you would go to Townsville. Once you have travelled over the Pioneer River, take the exit to the Northern Beaches onto Mackay-Bucasia Road and follow the signs to Blacks Beach. The Resort is located left off Blacks Beach Road, past the Tavern, at 26 Bourke Street, Blacks Beach.

Cancellation Information:
A cancellation fee to your credit card may be charged or a deposit fee of one night's accommodation may be charged if a cancellation is not received by 16.00 p.m., 48 hours prior to the scheduled time of arrival. During school holidays a minimum notice of seven days is required. Any booking fees or credit card fees will be deducted from your refund.

Further Details:
A minimum stay of seven nights is required during the Christmas period. A minimum stay of three nights is required during the Easter period. No other restrictions apply. Guide dogs are allowed on the property.
They welcome all credit cards, however a 1.5 per cent surcharge will apply on this method of payment.

Tariff Information:
Concession rates apply to Choice Hotels Australasia card holders. Any other concessions must be supported by appropriate documentation. Weekly non-serviced rates are on application. Extra persons are charged at AUD25.00 per person.
