Cancellation Information:
Cancellation of booking 28 days or more for mid and high season and 14 days or more for low season prior to the planned date of arrival will result in the refund of the deposit less an administration fee of AUD55.00.
Cancellation later then the above specified number of days will result in no refund unless and until the apartment is relet for the entire period of the original booking. An administration fee of AUD55.00 will be deducted. There is no refund in the event of a shortened stay.

How To Get There:
From both Brisbane and Gold Coast (Coolangatta) Airports take the Pacific Highway. Take the Helensvale South 62 Exit to Labrador/Southport. After 10 kilometres you arrive at the Broadwater follow the road to the right. Pass the Grand Hotel and Champelli Palms is 500 metres on the left. Corner Whiting Street (opposite BP Petrol Station).

Tariff Information:
On arrival an imprint of a credit card or a cash security bond is required as part of the check in formalities.
