Miscellaneous:
A deposit of 50 per cent of the total tariff is required upon booking with the balance payable on arrival. The deposit is refundable if the booking is cancelled at least 48 hours before arrival. Easter, December to January and long weekends the deposit is refundable if cancelled 30 days before arrival.
Courtesy pick ups are available with one day's notice. No smoking in the house.
Follow Boat Harbour Drive until you get to Elizabeth Street roundabout (Woolworths shopping centre on left). Turn left into Elizabeth Street, then second right into Miller Street. The property is 800 metres along on the right. Drive up driveway.
