Description

The Stonehenge Caravan Park is centrally located in Stonehenge diagonally across from the hotel, the hub of the town. The park has four powered sites but ample room for extra vans or tents. An ablution block complete with unisex facilities for guests with a disability are provided. A barbecue has also been erected in the grounds for the visitors' convenience. Surrounding the park is landscaped gardens providing an inviting appearance to the visitor.

The Stonehenge Caravan Park is located in a small remote township where locals are only too happy to talk about their small community. Hospitality is genuine. Don't be one to say let's bypass Stonehenge because you will never know what you missed out on.

How To Get There:
If you are travelling from Longreach it is an hour and a half drive or 151 kilometres in a south-westerly direction. From the south you may travel from Quilpie through Jundah and onto Stonehenge or if you are travelling from Birdsville turn at Windorah and head up to Stonehenge, through Jundah.

Tariff Information:
The park is unmanned therefore entry is welcome at any time. Fees can be paid at the Information Centre or by using the honorary system.
