Rainbow Beach Hire-a-camp is an exciting new alternative in accommodation. The traditional camping concept with a twist. You can hire an already set up camp at beautiful Inskip Point near Rainbow Beach overlooking World Heritage Listed Fraser Island or you can hire any piece of camping equipment you need to go camping on the Island yourself.

Only ten minutes north of the Rainbow Beach township, two hours north of Noosa and the quickest and most convenient gateway to Fraser Island.
They offer a nature based, ""eco"" friendly experience where you don't need to bring any camping equipment of your own. They pitch and pack their equipment as needed, and leave no footprint or permanent structures on the environment. You can get so close to nature you can feel it. Rainbow Beach is home of the famous Coloured Sands and stunning beaches. They have a sub tropical climate that is beautiful all year round. How To Get There
They cater for the self drive market. Visitors are able to hire vehicles at the Airports or catch buses to the Rainbow Beach township. Four Wheel drive vehicles are available for hire to go to Fraser Island in the township. Inskip Point is generally considered to be too far to traverse by foot.
Beachside Camp Package
The Beachside Package includes 1 tent, 2 adult stretchers, 2 kids stretchers, 4 directors chairs, barbecue plus Gas, 2 burner stove plus gas, Esky, battery light, table, crockery and cutlery, water container, camping fees (Queensland Government) and pitch and pack service.
Additional products could include a Mess Tarp, camp kitchen, ensuite tent, shower, chemical toilet, sleeping bags and pillows.

Fraser Island DIY
This package is designed for the self drive or 4WD Hire visitors heading to Fraser Island but not limited to. You can pick up the camping equipment on your way through Rainbow Beach to Fraser Island. This package is also available for anyone who hasn't got their own camping equipment and would like to do it themselves.
Package includes - 1 Tent, 4 stretchers, 4 Directors chairs, table, barbecue, 2 burner gas stove plus gas, Esky, battery light, crockery and cutlery and water container.
Vehicle Access Permits and camping permits are not included.
