Ocean View Caravan Park is situated at Mount Mellum in the Blackall Range on the corner of Landsborough/ Maleny Road and Old Maleny Road just three and a half kilometres from Landsborough and nine kilometres from Maleny. Only 10 kilometres away is Australia's most famous Zoo, then just a few kilometres further the historical Glasshouse Mountains. The Park office has a kiosk which carries your basic needs, tourist maps, and Zoo Tickets can be purchased to streamline your entry into the Zoo. A local bus service goes past taking you both up to Maleny or down to Landsborough and then onto the Sunshine Coast. The Railway Station at Landsborough is a major stop for all trains going north to Cairns and south to Brisbane.

Each unit has a deck, with most having magnificent views to Caloundra and up the coast. There are powered caravan and camping sites with clean amenities, laundry and a camp kitchen.

Dogs and cats must be on a leash at all times. Owners must pickup after their animal immediately. Animals are not allowed to stay at their caravan unattended.

How To Get There
From the south (Brisbane) take the Beerburrum exit, follow Steve Irwin Way, turn left into Landsborough, over the Railway Line and follow straight through (as if going to Maleny) four kilometres up the hill - they are on the right.
From the north take the Landsborough exit, follow Steve Irwin Way and turn right into Landsborough, over the Railway Line and follow straight through (as if going to Maleny) four kilometres up the hill - they are on the right.
