Cancellation Information:
To confirm a booking you will be required to send payment for your first night's accommodation as a deposit. A 100 per cent cancellation fee on deposits paid applies if the booking is cancelled or changed within 14 days of booked arrival date or a no-show occurs. If you do not arrive on the arrival date then the whole booking is treated as cancelled.

How To Get There:
Travelling from the north: follow the highway towards the city but do not take any exits. The road splits a couple of times but it joins up again. Approximately three kilometres from the city when you will see an overhead railway bridge move into the right hand lane. At the third set of lights after the bridge turn right into Newmarket Road. Follow to the end. At the "T" intersection turn right and move immediately into the right hand lane. At the next set of traffic lights turn right into Ashgrove Avenue and Newmarket Gardens Caravan Park is 100 metres along on the left.

Travelling from the west: follow to Centenary Highway (5). Follow northern suburbs signs. At a roundabout follow sign to Milton Road. Continue along Milton Road past the XXXX Brewery. Just after the brewery exit left following Hale Street, follow along to Kelvin Grove Road. Once on Kelvin Grove Road you will see Newmarket Gardens Caravan Park signs on the bus stops. Follow for approximately two kilometres then turn left at the traffic lights at the Newmarket Medical Centre onto Ashgrove Avenue. Newmarket Gardens Caravan Park is 100 metres along on the left.

Travelling from the south: follow the South East Freeway, and it crosses the Brisbane River be in the middle lane. As the road takes a left hand bend after the central business district take the northern suburbs exit. Follow Hale Street sign above, follow Kelvin Grove Road sign above. Once on Kelvin Grove Road you will see Newmarket Gardens Caravan Park signs on the bus stops. Follow for approximately two kilometres then turn left at the traffic lights at the Newmarket Medical Centre onto Ashgrove Avenue. Newmarket Gardens Caravan Park is 100 metres along on the left.

Tariff Information:
A security deposit of AUD50.00 is payable on arrival for each cabin booked. A security deposit of AUD20.00 is payable on arrival for each on-site caravan/lodge room/site booked. This deposit is held to ensure the return of the key and security gate card, that all non-smoking accommodation remains so, and that all accommodation is left in the condition it was found. The security deposit is held and is refundable on departure. These deposits must be paid in cash.
Full linen at AUD20.00 or part linen for 10.00.

Deluxe En suite Cabin

Two bedroom cabin with air-conditioning, full cooking facilities, television, stereo and DVD player. Sleeps up to seven people. One bedroom with queen bed. Second bedroom has single bed and set of bunks. Sofa bed in living area. Bedding and towels supplied for queen bed only. Linen may be hired for other beds with prior notice.

Standard En suite Cabin

The en suite cabins have various layouts and accommodate differing numbers of guests. Two of the en suite cabins have one bedroom with queen bed in it, plus there are bunks and divan bed in living area. These cabins sleep up to six people. One of the cabins is open plan with queen bed only, sleeps two people. Another cabin is designed to Australian Standards for the disabled, ramp access, en suite has screen-less shower handrails and seat. The open plan design has a queen bed and single bed. Bedding and towels are provided for the queen bed only in each cabin. Guests may hire bedding with prior arrangement.

On-site Caravan

Six caravans sleep up to four people, with two single beds and set of bunks. 13 caravans sleep up to three people, with a Caravan double bed and single bed. The on-site caravans are equipped with kitchenette containing two element stove, fridge, jug, toaster, cutlery, crockery and saucepans. There is also a small fan. Guests provide own bedding and towels or may hire linen with prior notice.

Lodge Rooms

There are five Lodge Rooms and a shared kitchen in the Lodge Building. Three of the Lodge rooms have double bed with single bunk above (duo bunk) plus a set of single bunks. These rooms sleep up to five. Two of the Lodge rooms have two sets of single bunks. These rooms sleep up to four. All rooms have television, fan, wardrobe, writing desk and chair. Guests in Lodge rooms share a fully equipped kitchen in the Lodge Building and use the park communal showers and toilets. Guests provide own bedding and towels or may hire it with prior notice.
