Centrally located between Brisbane, Toowoomba and the Sunshine Coast, Lake Somerset Holiday Park is a short drive from the country towns of Kilcoy, Esk and Woodford and is situated in the heart of the Valley of the Lakes. Set on 45 hectares on the northern shores of Somerset Dam, the park offers an ideal getaway for families, groups and individuals, and is perfect for watersports enthusiasts, freshwater anglers or those just wanting to relax and unwind amongst nature. Whether you're after water views or a bush setting, a true camping experience or a little more comfort in their rustic log cabin, Lake Somerset offers something for everyone.

The park offers powered and camping sites, a gorgeous 1940s log cabin, modern amenities, electric barbecues, three boat ramps, a sporting oval, canoe hire, and planned onsite activities during peak periods including our famous outdoor cinema on the big screen. Their kiosk stocks a range of general grocery items including ice, firewood, gas refills and much more. You can also catch up on emails with their free wireless internet, but don't forget to bring your laptop.

How To Get There:
Lake Somerset Holiday Park is located one hour north-west of Brisbane Airport. It is a 10 to 15 minute drive south from Kilcoy and is accessed from the road that connects Kilcoy to Esk.

Tariff Information:
Linen can be hire for the following costs. For a single bed AUD 7.00 and for a queen bed AUD 15.00 per stay.
Stay for seven nights and pay for six in the Log Cabins and all site accommodation during low and shoulder seasons only. Excludes peak season.
Mid-week package - stay for four nights and pay for three on cabin accommodation only, during low and shoulder season only. Excludes peak season.
Minimum booking periods apply during all seasons. Please check with Management for details. One car per allocated car space.

Log Cabin

The Rustic Log Cabin overlooks the lake and sleeps up to eight people. It has a full kitchen and bathroom as well as colour television, DVD player and ceiling fans. Outside the cabin is a wood barbecue for al fresco cooking in the hotter months.

Lakeview Villa

Two Bedroom free standing villa with uninterrupted views of the lake. Room configuration is one double bed and two single beds. The Lakeview Villa has a wonderful chefs kitchen to cook up a storm, free WiFi and air-conditioning.
