Lake Moogerah Caravan Park is located right on the shores of beautiful Lake Moogerah in the heart of the Scenic Rim. One of South East Queensland Country's most picturesque areas only an hour drive from Brisbane and less than two hours from the Gold Coast.
It is a popular destination for those who want to indulge in all forms of water sport including waterskiing, fishing, canoeing, sailing and swimming. Facilities include two concrete boat ramps, picnic tables, electric and wood barbecues, playground, toilets, hot showers, laundry, camp kitchen and kiosk on site. Caravanners and campers are catered for with powered or unpowered sites in this spacious, grassy and shaded campground.

General Comments
With the large, open campground, staff like to encourage large groups such as caravan or motorhome clubs, youth groups or school camps. This works well during the quieter Winter months when these groups can have a campfire and enjoy the next best thing to bush camping with the bonus of security and park facilities.
How To Get There
From Brisbane - Head west on Ipswich Motorway to Cunningham Highway towards Warwick. Turn left before Aratula at Boonah-Fassifern Road. After two kilometres turn right into Lake Moogerah Road. After 10 kilometres take left fork at Moogerah Dam to AG Muller Park.
From Gold Coast via Canungra, Beaudesert and Boonah. From Boonah take Boonah-Fassifern Road. After eight kilometres turn left into Lake Moogerah Road. After 10 kilometres take left fork at Moogerah Dam to AG Muller Park.
Open Times
Reception is open from 0900 to 1800, Monday to Thursday and 0800 to 2100, Friday and 0600 to 1900 Saturday and Sunday.

A 10 per cent discount applies for Seniors, and AUD3.00 per night discount applies for CMCA Members. Free nights may also be available, please contact the operator for details.

Cabin
The cabin is air-conditioned, self-contained and sleeps six people comfortably. Overlooking the campground and the lake you have your own private outdoor area with gas barbecue and fireplace for a campfire. It has a full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and full size refrigerator. It has a television and DVD player. Shared amenities. Linen hire available on request.

End of the Line - 3 Bedroom House
End of the Line is a beautiful old Queenslander located right on the shores of Lake Moogerah with magic views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Just a three minute drive from the Caravan Park, you can enjoy your own exclusive lake side retreat with direct access to the water. This charming old house has been lovingly restored and boasts a modern kitchen and bathroom, three huge bedrooms, living area with a wood fire for winter warmth or air-conditioner to keep cool. Plenty of outdoor entertaining areas with a deck with gas barbecue and undercover parking for four vehicles. There is a fire place in the garden where you can toast marshmallows as you watch the sunset over the mountains.
