Description

Ocean Beach Tourist Park is located right on the beach in Miami, nestled against the North Burleigh Headland. From this headland you can enjoy lovely views of Surfers Paradise to the north and Burleigh Heads to the south. There are some adventurous walks through the bush plus excellent beach walking right out front.

The park is small and intimate and a favourite for return guests who now call it their second home. With a bus stop right outside the front door, all the attractions of the Gold Coast are at your finger tips or just enjoy the peacefulness of Miami.

Restrictions:
Payments for Villa Bookings: Christmas - AUD400.00 booking fee with balance prior to 30 October. Easter - AUD400.00 booking fee with balance prior to 15 March. Mid and shoulder season AUD200.00 booking fee with balance due on arrival. Other booking periods - AUD100.00 booking fee with balance on arrival.
Payments for Site Bookings: Christmas - one week (base rate) at time of booking with balance prior to 30 October. Easter - AUD50.00 deposit with balance prior to 15 March. Other school holidays and booking periods - AUD50.00 at time of booking with balance on arrival. Midweek discounted villa stays during the off peak seasons only. Discounted daily rate Sunday to Thursday nights for total three night minimum stays. Minimum one week villa booking during peak, shoulder and mid season (excluding long weekends), two- night minimum all other times.

Opening Hours:
The Park has a check-in time of 11.00 a.m. for sites and 2.00 p.m. for villas. Check-out time is 10.00 a.m.

Restrictions:
10 per cent discount for stays over four weeks on sites (available 1 May to 30 September). 10 per cent discount for organised groups such as caravan clubs, youth groups, charitable causes (conditions apply).
All two and three bedroom villa prices are based on a two adult and two child villa share. Site rates are for two people. Extra persons allowed per villa restricted due to maximum villa occupancy for each villa type. Maximum persons per site is six.
Extra persons daily charge AUD18.00 per adult and AUD10.00 per child (four to 15 years). There is an allowance of one vehicle per site. An AUD6.00 surcharge per day for any extra vehicle (boat, trailer, etc.) on the site is applicable.
Short stay surcharge of AUD26.00 for villa stays less than three nights.
