Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled 14 days or more prior to the arrival date will be refunded less the first nights accommodation.
Where bookings are cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival an amount equalling 25 per cent of the total accommodation quoted above (or the first night - whatever is greater) will be retained. Bookings can be moved without penalty (dependant on revised booking period).
The same cancellation requirements as indicated above apply to Group bookings (two or more on-site accommodation), however 30 days notice must be given in this case.
No refunds are given or early departures or cancellations once arrived - credit may be held for a period of 12 months
General Comments
Different minimum stay requirements apply throughout the year.
Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
They reserve the right to refuse entry into Discovery Holiday Parks. A full refund will be issued under these circumstances.
If requested they will endeavour to hold a particular cabin/site, however they reserve the right to move the booking to an equivalent cabin/site category for the same period.
