Recently fully refurbished and under new management, Cathedrals on Fraser is the ideal location from which to base your holiday at beautiful World Heritage Listed Fraser Island. Situated on the eastern beach, close to major beauty spots such as the Coloured Sands, Cathedrals on Fraser is located 10 kilometres north of Eli creek. They are only 400 metres to 75 Mile Beach.

Guests may choose from a variety of accommodation including self contained 1, 2 and 3 bedroom private cabins available for nightly and weekly rental (some with ensuites), canvas under canvas tents or spacious level camp sites.
Access to Cathedrals on Fraser is by four wheel drive only. Guests may bring their own 4WD or hire one from the mainland.

How To Get There
Must have own four wheel drive to access Fraser Island. No transfers from mainland to property. Can fly from Hervey Bay Airport direct to 75 Mile Beach with Air Fraser.
Take ferry from River Heads to Woongoolba Creek or Inskip Point to Hook Point. Self drive (four wheel drive only) from Woongoolba Creek across to eastern beach at Eurong, drive north along 75 Mile Beach.
From Hook Point take bypass track to eastern beach and travel north up 75 mile Beach to Cathedrals on Fraser.

Canvas Under Canvas Tents
All brand new permanently erected 15 by 12 two person tents under canvas, ideally suited to the camper that has no camping equipment. Equally suited to larger group bookings.
