Cania Gorge Tourist Retreat is miles from anywhere but close to everything that makes a great holiday. The retreat is nestled in an ancient sandstone gorge, at the entrance to Cania Gorge National Park. The first thing you will notice is quietness and peace, then an explosion of bright sandstone colours. Reds, oranges and yellows offset by brilliant blue skies, rare dry rainforest and eucalypt woodland.

Their retreat is only a few minutes walk to the many walking tracks and scenic adventures of the national park. Lake Cania is only a short drive from the retreat and opens doors for sailing, fishing and canoeing and many other services provided by the local operators.

Powered and unpowered sites for all the mobile homes and campers are close to a modern clean amenities block. For your comfort, try the very cosy country style cabins, en suite or standard, with wide verandahs giving you the time to just sit and relax to take it all in. The retreat is surrounded by gumtrees and the high cliffs of the gorge. They have a very well equipped community kitchen, built in bush style with everything available.
