General Comments

Cairns Coconut Holiday Resort is set amidst award winning tropical gardens and offers a full range of accommodation and sites. Free activities within the grounds include two large resort pools, cold and warm spa's, Splash Water park, day/night tennis court, 18 hole mini-golf, bocce, badminton, volleyball, basketball, aqua aerobics, adventure playground, 2 giant jumping pillows, barbecues and much more.

Free activities within the grounds include their new enormous splash waterpark with slides and giant 1200 litre dumping bucket, two large resort pools with waterslides and spas, day/night tennis, huge outdoor movie screen, 18 hole mini-golf, bocce, tether ball, giant chess set, aqua aerobics, beach volleyball, badminton, basketball, massive adventure playground and two huge air filled jumping pillows for children of all ages. Free wireless internet, free barbecue facilities, free city courtesy bus, movies four times a day and a full range of tours which can be arranged through reception ensure that you can be as active or adventurous as you choose.

How To Get There

If you are heading to Cairns Coconut Holiday Resort from the north, follow Sheridan Street to the end until it veers right and becomes Kenny Street. Proceed over the railway line and turn left at the roundabout into Draper Street. Take the next turn right at the lights onto Ray Jones Drive. Continue along Ray Jones Drive until it merges with Bruce Highway heading south (approximately three kilometres). Ensure you are in the right hand lane, then at the first set of traffic lights, turn right onto Anderson Road. They are approximately 200 meters along on the left hand side.

If you are coming from the south, the Resort is easy to find. As you near Cairns you will pass through the outlying suburb of Edmonton. This puts you approximately 6.5 kilometres south of the Resort. Keep travelling along the main highway. They suggest you keep to the left lane. The large sign "Welcome to Cairns Coconut Holiday Resort" is at the beginning of the500 metre highway frontage and you will see their waterpark, giant jumping pillows, garden pool and mini golf before you turn left into Anderson Road. The entrance is about 200 metres along on the left.
