Burleigh Beach Tourist Park has a lovely location in Burleigh Heads just across the road from the surf beach. Apart from being renowned for its' appeal to surfers, Burleigh is popular with all ages for its village-like atmosphere and easy stroll to the shops in the main street or a leisurely beach walk. Another attraction of Burleigh is the picturesque National Park with scenic bushwalks overlooking the coastline of the Gold Coast. Burleigh is located in the middle of the Gold Coast with easy access to all the theme parks and other Gold Coast attractions.
Nearby attractions include theme parks, shopping complexes/local shops, patrolled beaches all year, surf and rock fishing, bushwalking, surfing, restaurants/cafes takeaway outlets, casino, public swimming pool, bowling/services club, golf courses, bird and wildlife sanctuaries, and public transport.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council refund policy. All refunds are subject to an administration fee. Please ask for a copy of the refund policy. Payments for Villa Bookings: Christmas - AUD200.00 booking fee with balance prior to 30 October. Easter - AUD200.00 booking fee with balance prior to 1 March. Other school holidays and booking periods- AUD100.00 booking fee with balance on arrival. Payments for Site Bookings: Christmas - one week (base rate) at time of booking with balance prior to 30 October. Easter - AUD50.00 deposit with balance prior to 1 March. Other school holidays and booking periods - AUD50.00 at time of booking with balance on arrival.
The Park has a check-in time of 11.00 a.m. for sites and 2.00 p.m. for cabins. Unfortunately no pets are allowed on any of the Council's Tourist Parks.
10 per cent discount for stays over four weeks in cabins and sites (available 1 May to 30 September). 10 per cent discount for organised groups such as caravan clubs, youth groups, charitable causes (conditions apply).
Please contact operator for rates from 14 November 2008 to 7 December 2008, 5 January 2009 to 26 January 2009 - Seashell Garden Villa accommodation available only. All villa rates are based on a two adult two children cabin share. Only one extra person allowed per villa due to fire restrictions and maximum cabin occupancy. Each extra adult is AUD15.00 and each extra child (aged four to 15) is AUD7.00 per day. Children over the age of 16 are considered as adults. One to two night villa stays incur a one off AUD25.00 cleaning fee. One to two night lodging stays incur a one off AUD15.00 cleaning fee.
