House dogs welcome at their camp sites. Need to be chained at night for their protection as they have wild dogs/dingo's that frequent the property and their neighbours have gun licences for straying dogs.
General Comments
There are natural horsemanship promotions and lessons along with horse whispering demonstrations and training. There are two and four train rides in the scenic Mary Valley plus Champagne Sunset rides. There is also mustering cattle and round up demonstrations. The property is home to the relocated black brumby stallion.
How To Get There
The property is a one and a half hour drive from Brisbane via the Northern Freeway.
Coming from Brisbane (heading north):
They are approximately 80 kilometres (less than an hour) from the Caloundra turnoff on Highway 1 heading north.
Stay on Highway 1, past Nambour turnoff, past Cooroy turnoff.
At approximately 20 kilometres past the Cooroy turnoff you will be in Federal - stay on the highway.
Past Federal look for a large Hungry Jack's sign on the left.
Just past the Hungry Jack's sign turn left on to route 42 - the Mary Valley Tourist Drive.
After approximately six kilometres from the highway turn right (this is still route 42) heading for Imbil.
After five kilometres you will come to a tee intersection, turn left (this is still route 42).
5km along here you will see the Imbil turnoff on your right, ignore this, continue straight ahead for 20 metres then turn left into Whelan Road (do not turn right into Imbil).
Brooloo Park is the first driveway on the right on Whelan Road.
Coming from Gympie (heading south):
Take Route 51 (Gympie - Brooloo Road along the Mary Valley).
As you approach the second Imbil township turnoff on your right keep going straight ahead for 20 metres.
Turn left into Whelan Road (do not turn right into Imbil).
Brooloo Park is the first driveway on the right on Whelan Road.
Coming from Kenilworth
Head north along the Kenilworth-Brooloo Road, pass Brooloo Hall on your left, then approximately three kilometres on your right is Whelan Road. The turnoff to Whelan Road is 20 metres before the turn off to Imbil and is under some power transmission lines.
Turn right into Whelan Road. Brooloo Park is the first driveway on the right approximately one kilometre along Whelan Road.
The Farm Stay Cottage has two double rooms and a twin share room. Pets may be tied up or caged.

Exclusive Eco Remote Camping. They attract and cater for the Independent Camper but have hot showers at the Ringers Quarters for AUD1/ person.
Each site has a rock ring fire place for camp fires. There is a wooden table near the fire to keep hot utensils away from the kids. Each site has a long drop toilet positioned amongst the trees.
