The Village is only a 10 to 12 minute drive south of the Brisbane Central Business District and is close to sporting venues, shopping, hospitals and restaurants. There is easy access to both the Gateway Motorway and Pacific Highway with public transport facilities at the Village's entrance. It is a popular destination for those visiting Brisbane to see friends, family, sporting and cultural events, medical treatment or business.

Set on 33 landscaped acres, Brisbane Holiday Village features a large Inca themed swimming lagoon, shallow children's lagoon with three mushroom fountains, 18 hole putt-putt course (fee), children's playground area, full size tennis court, undercover barbecue areas (fee), daily lorikeet feeding, reception with tour desk, public telephones, five guest laundries, spacious grassed areas, holiday cabins, camping sites, tourist caravan sites, ensuite sites, cafe and convenience store. The cafe is open seven days and offers affordable meals for families and can cater for large groups. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and takeaway meals are available.

The Village offers a range of self-contained holiday cabins including the budget priced Holiday Villas, three bedroom Family Villas, Palm Cottage and chic Cosmo Cabins.

Children: Children are welcome and can enjoy the shallow children's lagoon with mushroom fountains, spurting serpents and crocodile, children's playground area and new 18 hole putt-putt. Children must be supervised at all times by an adult.

Disabled: All cabins have two steps at the entrance. A unisex disabled bathroom is available upon request, facilities include - toilet, screenless shower with seat, support rails and hand basin. Large walkways and ramp entry lead to the pool area, tennis court, playground, barbecue area and 18 hole putt putt course.

Miscellaneous:

Cancellation with more then 30 days notice - deposit will be refunded less a AUD25.00 cancellation fee. If less than 30 days notice, any deposit refund is at the discretion of the Manager. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 10 days of arrival. At least 30 days notice must be given for any alterations. At least 60 days notice must be given for any group reservation alterations.

No pets are allowed on the premises.

A (refundable) AUD25.00 key deposit is required on arrival. Check-in time is between 2.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. If guests arrive after 8.00 p.m. the accommodation must be paid for in advance and the Customer Service Team notified to make prior arrangements. Cot and High Chair hire is available for AUD2.00 per night or AUD10.00 per week, per item. An AUD50.00 bond is required per hired item.

Travelling north on the Pacific Motorway - take exit 14 off the Pacific Motorway (3). Turn right into Logan Road at the lights. Pass under the Motorway and turn right at the lights into Holmead Road. Travelling south on the Pacific Motorway - take exit 14 off the Pacific Motorway (3). At the first set of lights, drive straight ahead. This road becomes Holmead road. Travelling south on the Gateway Motorway - Take the Rochedale-Eight Mile Plains exit. Turn right into Miles Platting Road at the lights. Follow for one kilometre and turn right into Logan Road at the lights. Pass under the Motorway then turn right into Holmead Road at lights.

Top Tourist members are eligible for a discount. A surcharge applies to the nightly rates during the specified peak season. The five and seven night specials are available to Top Tourist members during the low season only. Minimum stays apply throughout the full year but vary depending on the type of accommodation chosen. Semi-Permanent Cabins are also available in two bedrooms, please contact operator for pricing, conditions apply. Payment for the month staying in a Semi-Permanent Cabin is to be paid in full on arrival.
