Adder Rock Holiday Park on East Coast Road, sits at the entrance to North Stradbroke Island's beautiful Point Lookout. Adder Rock Holiday Park is a very shady camp ground, nestled behind Adder Rock Headland and sheltered from the westerly winds. The adjoining surf beach looks North West to Moreton Island and North East to the sparkling Pacific Ocean. Boats can be launched at close by Flinders Beach with the aid of a four wheel drive vehicle.

Whether you like to camp out or to stay in one of their cabins, the relaxed atmosphere of this park has the feel of a country getaway with the added attraction of a golden beach right on your doorstep.

There is plenty to see and do nearby, with several freshwater lakes, waterways and lagoons to explore. Or if you're chasing a bit of fun and adventure there are four wheel drive safaris, fishing charters, sea kayaking tours and a golf course.

Adder Rock Holiday Park is adjacent to Scuba Diving services, close to the Point Lookout Roadhouse, General Store, public telephones and a short 10 minute walk to the Point Lookout Bowls Club, Mason Club and Public Hall.

How To Get There:
North Stradbroke Island is easily accessible by a fast, 30 minutes water taxi from Cleveland, only 30 minutes drive from Brisbane city and one hour's drive from the Gold Coast. A vehicular barge service also operates for those wanting to take their car or four wheel drive to the Island.
From Toondah Harbour, at the end of Middle Street Cleveland, take the vehicular ferry to Dunwich if taking your vehicle. From the Dunwich Jetty head up the hill past the information centre then turn left into Ballow Road. Follow the road around to the right where it becomes the Bingle Road/East Coast Road. The park is 17 kilometres from Dunwich on the left side, at the entrance to Point Lookout.
Or alternatively, park your vehicle at Toondah Harbour, Middle Street Cleveland, and take the passenger ferry to Dunwich. An island bus will be waiting for you at Dunwich to take you around to Point Lookout and Adder Rock Holiday Park, a small fee applies.

Each of these cabins are air conditioned, have toilet and shower, a cooking facilities, fridge, small television and can sleep up to six. Three of these cabins also include spas.
