With views overlooking the broadwater, it is configured and priced for family groups up to seven persons. Set opposite parks, Charis Seafoods, the Grand Hotel, and the broadwater, it is well positioned for simple family-friendly holidays.

It is central to all Gold Coast theme parks, and easily accessed from both Brisbane and Coolangatta airports. It is situated at the northern end of the Gold Coast, about 10 minutes away from the famous surf beaches and glitter strip. Swimming in the broadwater opposite the unit provides a kid-friendly convenient spot for a dip. Ideal for a home base when exploring the entire south-east corner - or for family get-togethers.

The building is located in the quiet suburb of Labrador, about 10 minutes away from Surfers. It has seven apartments, some of which are holiday apartments, other s are permanent rentals.

How To Get There:
From the Pacific Motorway (M1), take the Helensvale South exit (Exit 62) and follow the signs for the Gold Coast Highway. Just after the highway reaches the broadwater, take the right turn into Broad Street at the lights (opposite the Grand Hotel). The building that the unit is situated in is the second building on the left.
