Low Season: Cancellation outside seven days prior to arrival - no cancellation fee. Cancellation within seven days prior to arrival - three nights cancellation fee applies. Cancellation on day of travel or no show - three nights cancellation fee for every seven nights booked (to a maximum of seven nights fee).
Shoulder and Peak Seasons: Cancellation outside 14 days prior to arrival - no cancellation fee. Cancellation within 14 days prior to travel - 100 per cent cancellation fee (to a maximum of seven nights fee). Cancellation on day of travel or no show - 100 per cent cancellation fee (no refund).
Indy Season: Cancellation outside 30 days prior to arrival - no cancellation fee. Cancellation within 30 days prior to travel - 100 per cent cancellation fee (no refund). Cancellation on day of travel or no show - 100 per cent cancellation fee (no refund).
From the north, follow the Pacific Motorway south and take the Smith Street Motorway Exit. Follow Smith Street to the end and turn right onto the Gold Coast Highway. Follow the Gold Coast Highway into Surfers Paradise, turn left onto Surfers Paradise Boulevard and then left onto View Avenue. From the south, follow the Gold Coast Highway into Surfers Paradise, turn right at Beach Road, turn left onto Surfers Paradise Boulevard and then turn right onto View Avenue.
Room rates do not include GST. Any additional items are subject to 10 per cent GST. Minimum night stays are enforced. You can book less than the minimum night stay but you will be charged the minimum night total. Extra person costs AUD35.00 per night. Cot hire is AUD44.00 per week. High chair hire is AUD35.00 per week. Block out dates apply from 22 November to 7 December 2008 and Indy 23 to 26 October 2008.
