Located within the grounds of the University of Queensland's St Lucia campus, the Brisbane Colleges offer quality budget accommodation only a short distance from the Brisbane Central Business District. Single rooms and apartments are readily available during the student holidays with some accommodation available all year round.

Only seven kilometres from the city's heart on a magnificent 114 hectare site beside the Brisbane River, the campus has expansive landscaped grounds and abundant playing fields. A local shopping centre with mini mart, several restaurants, liquor store, newsagent and coffee shops are all also within 15 minutes walking distance.

Travel to the City Centre by car, ferry, bus or train. The bus only takes about 10 minutes from the campus to the city but the ferry (City Cat) is the most enjoyable way to travel to and from the campus. Suburbs within close proximity are Indooroopilly, Taringa and Toowong.

How To Get There:
The quickest and most efficient way to get to the College from the airport is by taxi. The approximate cost for the trip is AUD50.00 one way.
The Airtrain operates a quick and easy transfer from Brisbane Airport to the Central Business District (Roma Street Station) in 22 minutes from 6.00 a.m. until 7.59 p.m. seven days a week. You can then get a train from Roma Street or Central Station (on the Ipswich line) to Toowong station, cross Benson Street (by foot) and catch a bus to the University of Queensland - the 402, 411 or 412. This is a short trip and buses run approximately every 15 minutes directly to the campus where you are a five minute walk to the College. For more information please visit their web site.

Go to the Adelaide Street bus stop in the city (corner of George Street) and take bus 109. This will bring you directly to the University Lakes Bus Terminal, a short walk from the Colleges.
